We will be happy to offer you a refund or an exchange provided the products are returned complete, unused, unwashed and in the original packaging within 21 days of receipt.
Items can be returned outside this period if they are found to be faulty but please take extra care to read our Product Care Information under Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ’s) or any specific care instructions provided with your purchase. We cannot accept an item returned as faulty if the appropriate product care instructions have not been followed and the damage caused to the product is clearly due to wear and tear or misuse.

Return in sealed packaging. Your card will be refunded upon safe receipt of the items in the condition described above.
